More than a tweet, less than a blog.

I'm Gustav von Sydow. I live in Stockholm and I'm the founder of Burt, a software company that makes it dead easy for marketers to test, track and personalize their online advertising.

I also tweet every now and then.

Entrepreneurs, though, are all screwed up. They don’t need to be rewarded for risk, because they actually get utility out of risk itself. In other words, they like adventure.
The excessive introspection on the startup scene usually annoys me somewhat, but here’s a gem from Michael Arrington on Entrepreneurship. A very good post, but sometimes I think there is too much emphasis on the founder aspect of startups. The “adventure” piece is something that probably holds true for anyone that joins a startup at an early stage (when it lacks a proven business model). The monetary risk/reward never seem to add up.
