An panel on what the commerical market can learn from politics, from SXSW. Plenty of talk about Obama, customer evangelism and social networking… of course. Has interesting implications for the authenticity vs. perception debate, and most interesting of all, an extreme push for using dynamic messaging in paid ad placements and landing pages.
